There are many ways that you can become an American citizen if you really want to move to the states or if you are already living in the states. These ways include getting married to a current citizen, having family that is already a citizen get you approved, get a job, and other methods.
Marriage and childbirth are the two most common ways that people try to become citizens of the United States. This is because it is the easiest process and usually won’t be turned down. If you marry a citizen in the states then you can apply for residency and citizenship status. The process can take up to 7 to 10 years but eventually you will become a citizen. If you do decide to get divorced before you are officially a citizen this is okay. You must be together for the first two years. If you split up after two years then you can still become a citizen if the process has already started with the immigration office, especially if you are contributing to the community by working every day.
Having a child is one of the biggest ways to become a citizen. Many men and women that sneak across the border from Mexico do so when the mother is ready to have their baby. This is because if the child is born in the United States then the child will automatically be a citizen. If the child is a citizen then the parents will be automatically approved to remain in the states for the next 18 years until the child is an adult. Keep in mind that if you do try to do this and you have a wonderful life in the states, you still may be deported out of the United States after 18 years. Once the child is an adult, you have no more ties to the states and the government will remove you. This is a common problem. It is best if you become a citizen properly and honestly so you don’t ruin your life in the long run.
A job is the best way to become a citizen of the states. You may sell vintage clothing and have a big chain of stores. If you have been successful selling vintage dresses and men’s vintage clothing and you would like to open your own chain in the states then you can apply for citizenship with this purpose. Any skill or trade that you have that will contribute to the economy of any community is always considered for citizenship. You might work for a corporation or even have a very high education that proves to be potentially prosperous for the states. You will not be admitted as a citizen if you do not have a job and you want to apply for government run programs for survival. The government encourages people to do for themselves and contribute to the economy and the local community. The more you can prove that you are an asset to the states the better your chances are of becoming a permanent resident and citizen.
